FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 151(JUD) "An Act requiring an                                                                         
indemnification, defense, and hold harmless provision in construction-                                                          
related professional services contracts of state agencies, quasi-public                                                         
agencies, municipalities, and political subdivisions" be held to the                                                            
February 6 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
